    To check the balance on your Gift Card:

    1. Enter your 20 digit gift card number located on the back of your card under the magnetic strip.

    2. Click "Check Balance"

    Present your Member Gift Card at the register at one of the accepted redemption locations - it's as easy as that!

    Treat your card like cash! Should you lose your card, please contact us immediately via email at membership.info@canucks.com A replacement card will be issued containing the unused balance, if any.

    Present your Season Ticket Member card at the point of purchase along with a piece of photo ID. Discount valid at the Rogers Arena Team Store location only. For hours of operation, please visit the Canucks team store.

    Please note, discounts apply to all regular-priced merchandise. Non-transferable and not valid with any other discounts or offers. Excludes gift cards/certificates, equipment, auction, memorabilia, and sale-priced items.

    Any previous versions of Canucks Member cards will no longer be accepted at the Rogers Arena Team Store for redeeming your Season Ticket Member discount.

    At this time, the Member discount is available at the Rogers Arena Team Store location only.

    At this time, the funds on your gift card are redeemable at all Rogers Arena hospitality locations (excluding cash only outlets). They are not redeemable for online purchases or at the Canucks Team Store.

    Season Ticket Member Gift Cards are not reloadable. But hold on to your card to take advantage of your Member discount all season long!
