    Mobile Ticketing

    The Vancouver Canucks are proud to launch a new way for our fans to manage their tickets through their smartphone. Mobile ticketing provides you the opportunity to manage, transfer, or sell your tickets while on the go. It improves arena security while reducing the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets.

    Step 1: Choose the game you want to view by tapping it. Each game will show you the opponent, date, time and the number of tickets in your account.

    Step 2: Tap “View Barcode” to access the QR code. Note: Screenshots are not recognized as a valid method of entry.

    Step 3: To add your ticket to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Play), tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ or ‘Save to phone - Google Play.’ This allows you to access your tickets easily and without an internet connection.

    Step 4: Present the scannable QR code to staff as you enter Rogers Arena.

    Step 1: After logging in to your account, tap the menu button (☰) located in the top left corner.

    Step 2: When the menu bar is displayed, tap ‘Tickets’.

    Step 3: Select the game you would like to view by tapping ‘Select Event’.

    Step 4: Scroll down to ‘My Tickets’, tap your seat to view your ticket.

    Step 5: To add your ticket to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Play), tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to phone - Google Play.” This allows you to access your tickets easily and without an internet connection.

    Step 6: Present the scannable QR code to staff as you enter Rogers Arena.

    Step 1: After logging in to your account, click the ‘Tickets’ tab located in the top left corner.

    Step 2: Select the game you would like to view by clicking ‘Select Event’.

    Step 3: Under ‘My Tickets’, click on your seat(s) to view details about your ticket.

    Step 4: Please note: This is not a valid ticket as you will need to access your scannable QR code through your mobile phone.

    Transferring Tickets

    Step 1: Select the game you want to transfer tickets for.

    Step 2: Tap the ‘Transfer/Forward’ button in the bottom left. Note: Screenshots are not recognized as a valid method of entry.

    Step 3: Select the tickets/seats you wish to send. Once you have selected, tap the ‘Transfer To/Forward To’ button in the bottom right.

    Step 4: Select who you would like to send your tickets to; either from your contacts or you can manually enter the recipient. A valid name and email are required.

    Step 4: Fill in your recipient’s details including name, email and note (optional). Once done, press ‘Transfer Tickets/Forward Tickets’ in the bottom right of the screen. You will receive an email saying that your tickets have been sent and another when they have been accepted.

    Step 1: Select the event you want to transfer tickets for.

    Step 2: Scroll down to ‘My Tickets’ and click on your seat to view ticket

    Step 3: Click on the bottom left ‘Transfer’ button.

    Step 4: Select the seats for the event you would like to transfer and click ‘Continue’.

    Step 5: You will be asked to select ‘Add A New Recipient’ or an existing recipient. For a New Recipient, please fill in your recipient’s details and click ‘Transfer’ in the bottom right of the screen. You will receive an email saying that your tickets have been sent and another when they have been accepted.

    Step 2: Select the events that you want to transfer tickets for.

    Step 3: You will be asked to transfer same seat(s) and/or parking ticket(s) for all selected events. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

    Step 4: Select the seat(s) and tap ‘Next’

    Step 1: When someone has sent you tickets, you will receive an e-mail or a text. These are not your tickets. You have to complete a few steps to redeem them. In the email, select the blue ‘Accept Tickets’ button. This will open an external webpage.

    Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and proceed to sign in with your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by tapping ‘Sign Up’ at the bottom of the page.

    Step 3: Success! You’ve accepted the tickets. To add your ticket to your mobile wallet, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to phone - Google Play.” This allows you to access your tickets easily and without an internet connection.

    Step 2: If you do not have an account, please create an account by filling out the required information on this page. If you already have an account, please click Sign-in and you will be directed to a new page to enter your Canucks account details.

    Step 3: After signing-in to your account, you will be directed to the home page. Please click on the ‘Tickets’ tab in the top left corner.

    Step 4: Great! You have now accepted your tickets. To view your tickets, please click ‘Select Event’. You will also receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to view and save your tickets.

    GENERAL

    You can download the Official Vancouver Canucks mobile app for free at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    You can always access your mobile tickets through your smartphone’s web browser or desktop browser by logging in to your Vancouver Canucks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account.

    No. Screenshots of tickets are not recognized as valid method for entry. If you are the recipient of a screenshot, contact the original sender and request for the ticket to be transferred to you through the Vancouver Canucks Account Manager.

    You cannot use a printed screenshot to enter Rogers Arena. Contact the source of the ticket and request the ticket to be transferred to you through the Vancouver Canucks Account Manager.

    Yes. Once you select a game in your account, you can swipe left and right to view all your tickets for that game.

    We have moved to mobile ticketing and are not printing ticket booklets going forward. The most convenient way to buy or transfer tickets is through your Vancouver Canucks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account.

    If you are not attending the game at the same time as the rest of your party, the recommendation is that you transfer each individual attendee their ticket prior to attending the game. If not, you will have to wait for your guest(s).

    You may preload your tickets to your phone (Apple Wallet- iPhone; Google Pay- Android) prior to arriving at Rogers Arena. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi which can be accessed near the entrances to Rogers Arena.

    2. Click the Add to Apple Wallet or Save to Google Pay button on the ticket you wish to add
    3. Click Add this ticket or all tickets to add to the wallet.
    4. Once added, you can view the ticket in your wallet

    You can come to the Toyota Ticket Centre outside of Gate 10 at Rogers Arena on the day/night of the game. Please have a valid ID and the email address associated with the account the tickets are in and we will provide you an alternate method for entering Rogers Arena.

    LINKING ACCOUNTS ON MOBILE APP

    No, a Ticketmaster Account and Vancouver Canucks Account are not the same. Any tickets bought from a Vancouver Canucks ticketing representative or on the Vancouver Canucks Account Manager site will be accessed via your Vancouver Canucks Account Manager. Any tickets bought on Ticketmaster.ca will be accessed via your Ticketmaster account. Linking your accounts on the Canucks mobile app allows you to see tickets associated with your Canucks Account Manager and your Ticketmaster account.

    TRANSFERRING TICKETS

    Transferring a ticket allows you to securely send some or all your tickets directly from your Vancouver Canucks Account Manager. When you use the Transfer Ticket feature, it allows everyone attending the event to have their own ticket in-hand.

    To transfer tickets, you will need your guest’s name and email. You can transfer your tickets via the mobile app, your mobile browser, or your desktop browser. Once the recipient(s) accepted the ticket transfer, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know, and if needed, they will then be able to transfer the tickets to another person.

    Note: We recommend transferring multiple tickets on your desktop browser for faster processing.

    As long as the recipient has not accepted the tickets yet, you can cancel the transfer in your account. In the app, go to the ticket you want to recall and select “Cancel Transfer.”

    If your guest has already accepted the tickets, he or she will need to transfer the ticket(s) back to you. Once you accept the ticket(s), they will then be loaded back into your account and available for you to manage.

    When you transfer tickets in your Vancouver Canucks Account Manager, it does not sync with your phone’s wallet. We suggest deleting the ticket from your wallet once it has been transferred successfully.

    Note: Once a ticket has been transferred, a new barcode/QR code is generated and all previous copies of that ticket are no longer valid for entry.

    Mobile Ticketing provides a faster and more efficient way to manage and transfer tickets to recipients. Once tickets have been transferred, it is then the responsibility of the recipient to manage the tickets.

    Currently, there isn’t a limit to the number of times you can transfer your tickets.

    RECEIVING A TRANSFER

    Anytime someone accepts a ticket transfer, they will need to have a Canucks Account in-order to accept the ticket transfer. If your email address is not associated with an account set-up on Vancouver Canucks Account Manager, you’ll be prompted to create an account. This can all be done when following the directions in the ticket transfer email. Once you’ve accepted the tickets, we recommend downloading the official Vancouver Canucks mobile app to access your tickets and improve your in-game experience. Alternatively, you can log in through your phone browser (my.canucks.com)

    You will receive a transfer offer email with a button to “Accept tickets”. Select that button and you will be taken to Vancouver Canucks Account Manager to accept tickets.
