NEW MEMBER FAQ
Your Season Ticket Membership will be automatically renewed in March 2023. Our goal is to provide our Members with a convenient way to renew their Membership each season on the same payment terms to which they are accustomed, rather than Members having to select their payment terms each year. Unless you are looking to update your Membership preferences, we take care of the rest.
Payments for the 2023.24 season will commence during the auto-renewal period in March 2023. From there, you will have the option to change your preferred payment terms if needed.
You can opt out of the 2023.24 season at any point during the current 2022.23 year. You will also be provided an opt-out deadline closer to the end of the season. Opting-out Members will need to fill out a form, which we will provide, and then speak to one of our Account Executives in order to facilitate opt-out.
Full Season Ticket Members will retain their same seats automatically each year. After the conclusion of our season, Full Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to participate in our annual Seat Relocation event giving them the option to relocate their seats. Half and Quarter Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to select their package and seat location in the summer.
Full and Half Season Ticket Members have the ability to sell their tickets on the NHL’s verified secondary marketplace through My Canucks Account.
For Full Season Membership, you will be invoiced for your exact seats. For Half and Quarter Season Membership, you will have a reservation based on the price category of your current season seats. Once the NHL schedule is released, you will be able to pick your new seats and Membership package.
